SO SIMPLE! I didn't feel like making it a how to but I'm still gonna tell how to make it.
1. Take a pair of panty hose and cut the foot off.
2. Cut a section of the panty hose off 4" long.
3. Make a little slit and then stretch it so your finger can fit.
4. TA DAHHHHHH!
