a quick, out of the ordinary drink, super cheap, easy, and tasty.
I came up with this recipe when I was pregnant. I wasn't a drinker, but I read a recipe for a real Mimosa in a magazine, and thought.."That wouldn't be hard to make with soda!"
Ever since, it has been a staple drink with me, my sister and my mom. It's also great with other juices splashed in, or Sierra Mist Cranberry Splash instead of regular. It makes a great punch for a party or shower, especially with a gallon of sherbet on top!

  • How to make a fruit juice. Mock Mimosa - Step 1
    Step 1

First, fill your glass or pitcher half way with orange juice. You can use pulpy or pulp-free, depending on your taste. It won't change the taste, just texture.

    Step 2

add a scoop of ice, depending on how much you like. You could leave this out, if your soda is cold.

    Step 3

Fill your glass or pitcher the rest of the way with lemon-lime soda, and stir.
If you don't you will have orange on the bottom, murky clear on top, and it won't taste as good :P
    Serve!

I like it. So fruity! I reckon this mix would make a nice refreshing summer drink
