Mini Fez Hat

11th doctor mini fez hat with bow
Im gonna be cosplaying the 11th doctor and i wanted a mini fez as im going alittle more "vintage/victorian/steampunkish" style

this was pretty easy..just bought a little bit of burgundy felt from joanns and i had some left over small paper cups from a event we did a few months ago.
i cut part of the bottom of the cup off to make it shorter and i simply just wrapped the felt around the cup..when i got the amount i needed i cut the felt to fit and then hot glued it to the cup! I trimmed off the excess felt but left alittle bit on the bottom so i could tuck it under & hot glue it to give it a more finished look...for the top of the fez i just cut out a circle and hot glued it to the hot,then trimmed the felt!

add a hair clip,elastic or bobby pin and your done!

I ended up cutting alittle bit more off the bottom of the hat because i thought it was too tall! i also thought the hat was lacking something so i added a felt bow to it! now its perfect!!
p.s...thats a wig ;)
