Mincemeat Crumble Bars
These are a great way to use up left over mincemeat or just to get in the mood for Christmas.
Easy to make & very tasty.
I always double up on the mincemeat filling.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Rub together the flour & butter until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Step 2Add sugar & mixed spice.
Stir through.

Step 3Press half the mixture into a tin.

Step 4Pour the mincemeat over & spread out evenly.

Step 5Sprinkle the remaining crumb over the top.
Lightly press down.

Step 6Bake for 30-35 mins.

Step 7Cut into bars.
Serve.
