Mincemeat Crumble Bars
These are a great way to use up left over mincemeat or just to get in the mood for Christmas.

Easy to make & very tasty.

I always double up on the mincemeat filling.

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Rub together the flour & butter until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.

    Add sugar & mixed spice.

    Stir through.

    Press half the mixture into a tin.

    Pour the mincemeat over & spread out evenly.

    Sprinkle the remaining crumb over the top.

    Lightly press down.

    Bake for 30-35 mins.

    Cut into bars.
