Maxi Dress Reconstruction

I wanted to play with spray bleach. I didn't like the way this dress looked on me as is, so I re-did it.
It ended up being a lot shorter than I meant for it to be...and I still need to fix the top. I thought cutting away the almost cowl neck type of collar might help ... it did not. But I like the bottom :) design done with bleach/water in a sprayer and duct tape.
