These muffins are sweet & tasty.
The marshmallows on top make a nice sticky crust.

Step 1Heat oven 190/375 degrees.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder & sugar together.

Step 2Melt butter.

Step 3Mix milk & egg together.

Step 4Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
Pour in the milk mixture.
Stir a little to combine.

Step 5Add the butter.
Stir until mixed together.

Step 6Add the chocolate chips & marshmallows.
Stir to combine.

Step 7Spoon into cases & bake for approx 20-25 mins.

Step 8Cool on rack.

Step 9Serve.
