Lemon drizzle Flapjacks
A slightly different version of Flapjacks.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Melt the butter & sugar together.
Remove from the heat.
Add all other ingredients in.
Mix to combine.
Press into a tray.
Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown.
Allow to cool.
Mix the icing sugar & lemon juice together to make a runny consistency.
Drizzle the icing over the Flapjacks.
Cut & serve.
