You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees
Place all ingredients into a dish.
Drizzle with oil.
Cover & place in the oven for 2 hrs or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 2Remove from the oven
Remove the veg & chicken from the dish.

Step 3Add the corn flour to the gravy & heat to thicken

Step 4Add the chicken back to the dish.
Add the honey to the top of the chicken.

Step 5Serve with rice.
