Step 1Gather up your ingredients. You will need half a cup of pink himalayan salt, 1 cup epsom salt, 2 T dried lavender buds, and five drops each of rose and lavender buds.

Step 2Put all your dry ingredients in a glass mixing bowl and gently stir to combine.

Step 3Add your essential oils and stir gently until well combined.

Step 4Scoop into glass ball jars and store in cool dry place.

Step 5Add half a cup (or desired amount) to hot running water and soak!
