I share a recipe and step by step tutorial on how to make lavender rose bath salts from scratch. Great to make for friends and family as gifts. Don't forget to keep some for yourself.
Gather up your ingredients. You will need half a cup of pink himalayan salt, 1 cup epsom salt, 2 T dried lavender buds, and five drops each of rose and lavender buds.
Put all your dry ingredients in a glass mixing bowl and gently stir to combine.
Add your essential oils and stir gently until well combined.
Scoop into glass ball jars and store in cool dry place.
Add half a cup (or desired amount) to hot running water and soak!
