Kung Pao Chicken
The meat needs to be marinaded for at least 30 mins, but the longer the better.
You can use any veg you like.
You Will Need
Chicken1 lb Chicken Breast Salt Pepper 1 tsp Soya Sauce 1 tsp Dry Sherry 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Corn Flour
Stir fry1 tbsp Soya Sauce 1 tbsp Dry Sherry 1 tbsp Vinegar 1/4 cup Chicken Stock 1-2 tbsp Hot Sauce 1 tsp Sugar 2 tsp Corn Flour 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil 3 cloves Garlic Pepper 2 tsp Fresh Ginger Carrot(s) Onions
