Yes! The silicone doubles as a cute frosting and a glue as well!! I just applied the silicone with a frosting tip (both which I bought from Walmart) and added the pieces from largest to smallest. I sprinkled glitter on the silicone before I added the pieces to add a little sparkle!

did you just stick the charms and things into the silicone and they stayed? or did you have to hot glue them?
