• 

  Step 1

  Start off by placing four beads in the middle of your string. Then place a fifth and have both edges of the string go through it. Pull edges of string and tighten.

  Step 2

  Grab one end of the string and add another bead. Push your string through the pink bead beside it and tighten. Continue until you have added five more beads.

• 

  Step 3

  By now you should have this little star.

• 

  Step 4

  Now grab the other end of the string and add three beds. Ignore the fist layer of beads(pink)and place your string through the nearest purple bead.

  Step 5

  Now you have a kandi star.

• 

  Step 6

  Tie the strings with a double knot. Add a touch of clear nail polish to the knot for extra security. Wait for polish to dry and cut excess.
