Step 1Mix flour, bicarb & salt together.

Step 2Pour in buttermilk to form a sticky dough.

Step 3Generously flour the work surface.
Knead the dough until a soft dough ball is formed.

Step 4Flatten the ball a little & cut into quarters.

Step 5Place in a pan & cook for 15 mins on each side.

Step 6Serve with butter.
