You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 175/350 degrees.
Mix together flour, cocoa, salt & baking powder.
Set aside.

Step 2Beat he butter, sugars & vanilla together until creamy.

Step 3Add half the flour mixture & the milk.
Stir through.

Step 4Add the remaining flour & stir to combine.

Step 5Pour into a tin.
Level out as much as possible.

Step 6Bake for 10 mins until the mixture has just lost its shine.
Cool completely.

Step 7To assemble...
Place the cookie on a work surface.
Place the Icecream on top.
Smooth out..

Step 8Place the remaining cookies on top.

Step 9Cut along the edges to make a neat finish.
Cut into rectangle or square shape.

Step 10Wrap in baking paper or serve.
