You Will Need

Step 1Cover the chicken with the flour, salt, pepper & paprika.

Step 2Heat a little oil in a pan.
Brown the chicken.

Step 3Add the onion & garlic.

Step 4Add the pasata.
Stir through.

Step 5Add the chicken stock & bay leaves.
Cover & cook for an hour, until the chicken is cooked through & the sauce has thickened.

Step 6Serve with rice.
