Super quick and simple pesto!
Making your own pesto is super easy and it's a great way to use up leftover ingredients or get creative, combing new flavours. Here's a simple one that I made but you could use any herbs, nuts, and spices to give it your own unique flavour. Olives would work great to make a tapenade too!

Step 1
Pop all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz into a thick spread. Serve on hot pasta or spread on bread!
