Fresh & tasty Halloween cupcakes
Fast and easy cupcakes with a Halloween theme
Heat oven Gas Mark 3
Cream butter & sugar together, until pale in colour.
Add egg to above. Mix thoroughly.
Add Vanilla to mix.
Sift flour into the above and mix until combined.
Spoon mixture into cupcake cases.
Do not over fill. Approx half to three quarters full.
Place in pre heated oven (Gas 3) for approx 10-12 mins.
Depending on the oven.
Check by inserting a tooth pick into the center. If it comes out clean then remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
While the cupcakes are cooling.
Mix 4oz of butter with approx 8oz of icing sugar until combined. This can be adjusted either by adding more icing sugar or butter as appropriate.
Add a couple of drops of vanilla and a few drops of orange/black food colour to the icing.
When the cakes are completely cool. Pipe a swirl of butter icing onto the top of your cupcakes.
Add the Halloween decorations to the top of the iced cakes.
Your Delicious cupcakes are complete.
