A quick and easy starter
A simple tart using bought puff pastry, cherry tomatoes and halloumi cheese.
Heat the oven to 220C, 425F, gas mark 7. Divide the pastry into four pieces and roll each into a 10cm circle. Cut a ring half the thickness of the pastry 1cm from the edge, and prick the bottom of the area inside the ring with the end of a fork. Place them on non-stick parchment on a baking sheet.
