Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the rum, vermouth and simple syrup.

Step 2Squeeze in the juice from half an orange.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice from half a lime.

Step 4Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Step 5Serve with a slice or orange.
