Gnocchi
These potatoe gnocchi are really easy & cheap to make.
I boiled mine but you can fry them afterwards.

You Will Need

Step 1Boil the potatoes.
Mash with butter.
Leave to cool.

Step 2Add the egg to the potatoes.
Stir through.

Step 3Add the flour.
Make into a dough.

Step 4Roll & shape the dough.

Step 5Boil a big pot of water.
Boil the gnocchi until it rises in the pan.
Drain.

Step 6Serve with sauce or melted butter.
