These potatoe gnocchi are really easy & cheap to make.
I boiled mine but you can fry them afterwards.
Boil the potatoes.
Mash with butter.
Leave to cool.
Add the egg to the potatoes.
Add the flour.
Make into a dough.
Roll & shape the dough.
Boil a big pot of water.
Boil the gnocchi until it rises in the pan.
Serve with sauce or melted butter.
