Cute, simple skirt for a night out with the girls
I bought about 6 yards of this incredibly bright, shiny, floral/fish scale fabric because of it's tacky beauty. Determined to convince my significant other and friends that this monsterpiece of a fabric cut could actually be worn I made this skirt and I looooove it :D Apologies for the crummy pictures. I don't own a full length mirror and SUCK at taking my own picture.

My friend bought a bunch of fabric that she intended to use for ballroom dancing dresses. The fabric is not suitable and this would be perfect for her....can you please do a tutorial?
Thanks for the inspiration/
