Quick as.
This is literally the easiest skirt ever. Its so quick to make i didnt even have time to take photos!!! XD

also my first published project X.X

  • Step 1

    Take your Wide elastic and pin it where it fits around your waist. Sew a seam where you pinned. Tidy it up blah blah blah. :D

  • Step 2

    Get your fabric and with your machine on its longest stitch sew right around the top. Sew the back seam.

  • Step 3

    Right now you should have a waistband and a tube of fabric with a running stitch around it. got it? if not go back a few steps C:

  • Step 4

    Gather that tube up! pull on the running stitch til the top of the tube is the same size as your waist band.

  • Step 5

    Put your machine on its widest zig zag and sew the top of the tube to the waistband YAY SKIRT!!!! you can hem it now to where ever you want! make it short like mine or as long as you like!!

Nicely done! I dig it. I want a skirt with deep front pockets and I think this will make a great base. =D

The skirt's cute but the instructions don't make much sense to me, are there two pieces of fabric here?? Some images would help
