Mix the spices, the baking powder and the flour,
Pour the mix into a bowl in which you will have previously mixed the warmed honey, sugar, salt and butter.
Add the eggs mix well - keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5mm and cut out the different templates according to the model (cut each form twice). You can also use cookie cutters to cut out stars or Christmas trees.
Bake at thermostat 7 (210 °) for 10 minutes. Rectify the edges of the pieces to allow a good bonding. Let cool then assemble the house with food glue
