This is great for a birthday or special occasion.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Cream the butter & sugars together.
Add the egg.
Stir in the vanilla.
Combine the dry ingredients into the wet.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Press into a 12" tin.
Bake for 22-25 mins.
Allow the cookie to cool in the pan.
