Giant chocolate chip cookies
This recipe must be put in the fridge to rest before being baked.
Keep the mixture in the fridge while you are baking some of the cookies.

Step 1In a bowl combine flour, corn flour, salt & Bicarb.

Step 2In a bowl combine the sugars & butter.
Stir through.

Step 3Add the eggs to the sugar, one at a time.
Add the vanilla.

Step 4Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture.
Stir to combine.

Step 5Add the chocolate chips.
Stir through.
Place in the fridge for atleast an hour.

Step 6Heat the oven 165 degrees.
Scoop onto a baking sheet. Leave space between each.
Bake for 11-13 mins.

Step 7Leave to cool on the bakng sheet before moving to a rack.

Step 8Serve.
