Garlic Chicken & Courgette Ribbons
Nice tasty dish.
You can serve the meat by itself or add pasta to make it go further.

You Will Need

Step 1Cut chicken into cubes.
Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
Place chicken in marinade for at least 30 mins.

Step 2Heat the butter in the pan.
Add the chicken & cook through.
Remove from the pan & set aside.

Step 3Cook the spaghetti according to instructions.
In the chicken pan, add the garlic & cook for a minute.

Step 4Add the courgette
Bring to a boil.

Step 5Add the thyme chicken stock & lemon juice.
Cook for a few mins.

Step 6Add the chicken & bring to temp.

Step 7Serve the chicken & spaghetti together.
