Rich, chocolate fudge pie.
Good on it's own or served with cream.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa & salt.
Add the butter.
Stir in the eggs & vanilla.
Pour into the pastry case.
Bake for 30-35 mins.
Allow to cool completely.
Cut & serve.
