Breakfast pancakes
These are the lightest, fluffy pancakes I have ever tasted.
They are easy to make.

You Will Need
1 1/2 cup
Milk
1/4 cup
Vinegar
Dry ingredients
2 cup
Flour
1/2 cup
Sugar
2 tsp
Baking Powder
1 tsp
Bicarbonate Of Soda
1/2 tsp
Salt
Other ingredients
2
Eggs
4 tbsp
Butter
Melted
2 tsp
Vanilla

Step 1Mix the milk & vinegar together.
Leave to sit for 10 mins.

Step 2Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Step 3Mix the eggs into the milk mixture.

Step 4Add the butter & vanilla into the milk mixture.

Step 5Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Let sit for 3 mins.

Step 6Spoon the mixture into a hot pan.
Cook until bubbles reach the top of the surface.
Flip over & cook through.

Step 7Serve.
