Based on Egg In A Hole by KMOM14
Mine is an Egg in a Roll :-) I had no sliced bread so I used the bottom half of a roll. It's a bit runny, but it is tasty that way. I put ground sea salt and ground peppercorn on the top. Fabulous late night (or early morning...) snack.
