    Step 1

First you need to make a sheet of duct tape that is 6inches by 8 inches. This will make a frame for a 4x6 picture.

Next make a sheet from the clear packing tape the same size as the duct tape sheet.

Sorry, it's hard to see the sheet since it's clear...

Next you will need to use a dry erase marker (so you can erase if you need to) and a ruler to mark where the picture will sit. Mark it so it looks like a box on your sheet.

After that you need to duct tape the two sheets together. What you want to do is put a piece of tape along the lines you drew, EXCEPT for the top of your frame, where the picture will slide in. For the top you will want to cut a strip of duct tape as long as the picture frame and then cut it in half LENGTH WISE, this should be wide enough to put across the top of your frame WITHOUT closing it off. The clear part will be where your picture will show.

After that you need to flip over your frame and use the other half of the strip of duct tape to tape on a string to hang your frame up with.

Now you can hang it up! You might want to tape your picture into the frame so it doesn't move around or fall out of place.
