picture to look like you are drunk!
I was having a day of editing photos when i saw this effect and i thought it looked kind of like you were drunk. It kind of hurts your eyes to look at it for too long but it looks pretty cool.

You Will Need

Step 1First pick a picture you would like to do this to. I am using a picture of me and my sister when we were younger.
The software i am using is Paint.NET but i am sure you can use other one.

Step 2Go to the effect tab and scroll down to blur and it is fragment blur.

Step 3It should then come up with a window and then you can choose how drunk you want to be and what direction you want it to blur in.

Step 4Once you have it as you like it save it then...

Step 5You have your own drunken picture!
