    Cut the dragon fruit in half and spoon out the flesh. Place with the banana and orange juice in a blender and process on a low speed for 15 seconds. Serve in a glass immediately.

    TIP
    The skin of a dragon fruit is also known to be edible, providing it is clean and fresh. Try processing a small amount of the skin with the flesh for a slightly stronger flavour.
