Great way to use up left over croissants.
Heat oven 350/175 degrees.
Mix together eggs, milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon & nutmeg.
Place croissants & chocolate chips in a dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the croissant.
Sprinkle the top with remaining sugar & cinnamon.
Bake for 30-40 mins.
Combine all ingredients.
Cook over a medium heat until thickened (approx 5 mins).
Serve the pudding with the sauce on top.
