A really awesome, really easy crepe recipe.
Want an easy-to-make, easy-to-memorize crepe recipe that tastes awesome? Well here it is! (And if you don't think you can make crepes, remember that all grade 8 students learn how to make these in my city)
Combine all ingredients, whisking until completely combined, with no lumps.
In a frying pan over medium heat, add a splash of vegetable oil. When hot, add 1/3 cup of batter, and cook until underside is cooked as desired, then flip. Cook other side and when cooked, remove from pan.
Serve with fruit, whipped cream, maple syrup, spices, or whatever else you want.
