Just like a cream egg in a bar.

Step 1Heat oven 150/300 degrees.
Base...
Cream together butter, salt, vanilla & icing sugar.

Step 2Add cocoa & flour.
Stir to combine.

Step 3Press into a tray.
Prick holes in the dough.
Bake for 15-20 mins.

Step 4Filling...
Mix together syrup, butter, salt & vanilla until smooth & creamy.

Step 5Add the icing sugar a little at a time until combined.

Step 6Remove 1/3 of the mixture & colour yellow.

Step 7Marble the white & yellow together.
Press on top of the base.

Step 8Topping...
Melt the chocolate.
Pour over the filling.
Allow to set.

Step 9Cut & serve.
