Step 1Fry the onion in the oil.

Step 2Add potatoes.
Stir to coat in oil.

Step 3Add stock.
Boil until potatoes are soft

Step 4Add corn.
Stir through.
Add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 5Mix flour with milk.
Pour into the soup & stir until thickened.

Step 6Add cream.
Heat through.
Check seasoning.

Step 7Serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
