Super easy to make.
You can keep it Chunky or blend.
Fry the onion in the oil.
Stir to coat in oil.
Boil until potatoes are soft
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Mix flour with milk.
Pour into the soup & stir until thickened.
Serve with a sprinkle of parsley.
