Gluten- and dairy-free, this pumpkin bread will be your new favorite fall snack!
You Will Need
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and sugar one loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, applesauce and sugars until well blended.
Whisk together the fours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just blended. Pour into the prepared pan and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on top.
Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
