Danish Peppernodder Cookies
Traditional Danish Christmas Cookies.
Heat oven 200/400 degrees.
Sift together the flour, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, cardamom, ginger, salt & sugar.
Mix in egg & butter.
Mix wet & dry ingredients together to make a dry dough.
Divide into walnut size pieces. (Approx 1/2 tbsp).
Place on tray.
Bake for 8-10 mins until golden brown.
