Heat flour in oven 350/175 degrees for 10 mins or heat in microwave for 45-60 seconds.
Cream together the butter & sugars.
Mix in vanilla & milk.
In a bowl heat flour in microwave for 45-60 seconds. (Internal temp 160 degrees).
Stir flour & salt into the butter mixture.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Portion into single servings.
Eat as desired.
