You have to chill the dough for at least half an hour before baking.
Cream butter, cream cheese & sugar together.
Add egg yolk, orange juice & almond extract.
Stir in flour, baking powder & salt.
Stir in 3 cups coconut.
Refrigerate dough for 1/2 hr.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Scoop table spoon full of dough into balls.
Roll in remaining coconut.
Place on tray.
Press a small indent into the top.
Bake for 8-10 mins.
Fill the indent with jam.
Allow to cool completely.
