Easy to make cookies.
You could coat in chocolate if you like but the really don't need it.

Step 1Heat oven 350/175 degrees.
Cream together the butter & sugar.

Step 2Add the egg & almond extract.
Mix through.

Step 3Add the flour & baking powder.
Stir through.

Step 4Stir in the coconut.

Step 5Roll into balls (walnut size).
Place on the tray.
Flatten out a little.

Step 6Bake for 8-10 mins until golden.
Cool on the tray for 5 mins the move to a cooling rack.

Step 7Serve.
