Simple,cheap and fast,and its great for breakfast,dinner or a quick lunch.Its great with yogurt or milk,you can make a sandwich out of it or just eat it like this.Tastes good warm or cold.And it can be made with any bread.

Step 1Get everything you will need.If you use more bread just add some eggs.If you dont have enough eggs at home,just add some milk to the eggs.

Step 2mix the eggs with a fork.

Step 3Add the dill and salt.But you can use any spice you like.Kids love it with oregano.My husband loves it with some chili,pepper and garlic powder.

Step 4Mix the eggs with the spices together.Heat up the oil in your pan.I use 1,5 dcl of oil.Remember to get the oil real hot.

Step 5Give the bread a bath in the eggs.

Step 6The other side too.

Step 7Fry the breads for few seconds.

Step 8When one side is nice and brown turn them around and fry the other side too.

Step 9Your done.Try it out they taste really good!
