This is a smooth, creamy mousse.
You can easily add alcohol to it to make it more adult friendly.
Melt the chocolate.
Beat egg yolks & 1/2 sugar until pale & creamy.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Beat egg whites & remaining sugar until stiff.
Combine the yolks into the cooled chocolate.
Pour the cream onto the chocolate & quickly combine before it sets.
Carefully fold in egg whites.
Divide the mixture between glasses & refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.
Sprinkle with chocolate & serve.
