Milkshake Bar
Chocolate malt shakes are one of my favourites. There is something very comforting about the flavour of malt – it reminds me of the warm, malted drinks that we were given at bedtime as children. This one is topped with malted chocolates and served with chocolate ice cream, yum yum!

  • Step 1

    Put two tablespoons of the chocolate syrup in a squeeze bottle or piping bag and drizzle pretty patterns of syrup up the inside of each glass.

  • Step 2

    Put the milk in a blender with the malted milk powder, 2 scoops of the ice cream and the remaining chocolate syrup. Whizz until very foamy and thick.

  • Step 3

    Cut the malted milk balls in half using a sharp knife. Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses, top each with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and decorate with the malted milk balls. Serve immediately.
