Chocolate Macaroon Pie
This is very rich & chocolatey.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Mix together the flour, coconut & salt.
Mix in the condensed milk & vanilla.
Press into a pie dish.
Make sure to firmly pack.
Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown.
Heat the cream.
Place the chocolate in & cover & leave for 5 mins.
Stir to combine.
Pour into the pie crust.
Allow to cool then refrigerate.
Cut & serve.
