You Will Need
Cake
1 cup
Raisin
1 1/2 cup
Water
1 tsp
Bicarbonate Of Soda
1 cup
Sugar
3/4 cup
Butter
2 eggs
1 tsp
Vanilla
1 3/4 cup
Plain Flour
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 cup
Brown Sugar
1/2 cup
Walnuts
1 cup
Chocolate Chips
Glaze
1/2 cup
Butter
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Buttermilk
1 tbsp
Corn Syrup
1/2 tsp
Vanilla
1/2 tsp
Bicarbonate Of Soda

Step 1Heat oven 175/350 degrees.
In a pan heat raisins & water.
Bring to a boil, add bicarb.
Set aside.

Step 2Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 3Add eggs & vanilla.
Stir through.

Step 4Add flour, cinnamon & salt.
Stir until just combine.

Step 5Add raisins & water.
Fold through.

Step 6Pour into a tin.
Sprinkle with brown sugar, walnuts & chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-35 mins until cooked through.

Step 7Glaze...
In a pan heat butter, sugar, buttermilk & corn syrup.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat & add the vanilla & bicarb. Remove from heat.

Step 8Pour over cake.

Step 9Cut & serve.
