The Naked Diet
Swirl a little bit of tahini here with a dollop of probiotic yoghurt. This is the ultimate naked spring time soup.
serves 4 as a starter
You Will Need
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz to a fine, smooth purée. Chill well. Ladle into bowls and add a swirl of tahini and yoghurt.
Put the ingredients into a small jar, put a lid on and shake well to mix, then season to taste.
