Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Heat oil & garlic gently in a pan until the garlic is soft.
Remove from the heat.

Step 2Stir in the sugar.

Step 3Place chicken in a tray.
Coat with the garlic mixture.
Bake for 25-30 mins until cooked through.

Step 4Serve.
