Chicken Chop Suey
Great meal for getting lots of veg into your diet.
Heat a little oil.
Fry the celery, bok chop & onions together.
Add the ginger.
Add the bean sprouts.
Pour into a bowl & set aside.
Cook the chicken.
Add the mushrooms.
Cook for a few mins.
Mix together the stock, soya sauce & corn flour.
Pour into the pan until thickened.
Add veg back into the pan.
Serve with rice & spring onion.
